It will take aprox 6-8 months to be implemented and it is not clear yet what will include. So for us that are so close of getting IL is meanigless

Yes it will take some time to implement however if there are others that are a part of this group that will benefit from knowing then the information is meaningful .

What it will include is delay in processing other ongoing cases.

There is no benefit to us (Family category) at all.

Well...It all depends upon one's particular embassy whether they ask for Job Letters or not....Coz some ask for it and some not. But its better to take these docs rather than getting 221G for additional docs submission after the Interview.

And about pics now a days the generally of pics of ours with petitioner, Family Photos together so it is better to carry old as well as recent pics during Interview.

Thx u ,I hope u gettin up ur stuff cuz u will be hearin soon..:)

I read a lot on the subject and its not a sure thing if Obama will move with immigration reform so far , ( now they are dealing with gun laws ) , even if Obama adress this case in the State of the Union speech , it will be lawmakers who will make the details of the law. All can take months or even years . Thats why i said is meangless .

I agree, it is meaningless for us at the moment.

The whole Immigration reform talk earlier was about getting presidential votes and marketing campaign by both candidates.

The only change I see them making, is to make it easier for folks already in the states to stay and get their GC.

For us the only option is just waiting for monthly VB month to month and pray for good movements.

I am curious to see if the new fees were the reason for the visa movement slow down.

This month's visa bulletin should give us an idea.

I don't thing the reason was the fee. Bcs they would have move since last month when they appoit. IL for february , the months this extra fee starts

I agree with you however I would want to see this month's bulletin movement to rule out fees as the reason for the slow down.
