That's why they are delaying VB movement... to get more money for this new fee.

I think after january 1 , so only 2 weeks , and 2 weeks will pass very fast. So merry christmass and happy new year. Try to have a beautiful holiday season with people u love.

Yes Vini515...i saw last year's data and last year they started sending Interview Letters from 2 nd Jan 2012....so, we can expect Interview letters probably from 2nd Jan. But i would recommend guys whose r next to chaek mail boxes after 25th Christmas. May be they start after 25th also.

Another point that why they moved less may be b'coz they want more money from us as an additional fee which is in effect after Feb 01 2013. So, may be in Feb they move more than one month...we'll see what happens . Its just a matter of 2 weeks only.....Merry Christmas and New Year to all Guys.....

What is AP and what is PCC?

Well..AP means Administrative Processing or Additional Processing ect......which means they want some additional checks about applicant.i.e. either from FBI Database, or consulate level. If AP is from Consulate side they want to verify details abt applicant which he/she mentions in DS-230 or his other details.

If it is from FBI side then it is namecheck from Washington DC where they compare details of applicant with their database i.e. Name, Profession, age etc.

PCC is Police Clearance Certificate which all Indian Applicants require from Passport Office where they reside. Sam was given 221G for lack of PCC .....

Hello Friends sorry for geting late

I was having my interview at New delhi consulate

After entring the embssy abt 8:00 Am i have to get the the security check and to deposite all my electronic gegets i entered the embasy

After waiting for 40 mintues i was caleed for finger prints

after that i have to wait for more 30 minutes and i was called on a seperate windowfor the submition of new I-864 and for paper check

After that waited for more 45 mintues ...... Called for interview on a differenter counter

Visa officer called me and asked me few questions

whats your name

whats ur father name

who filed for your petition

what your father do

what are you doing now

Are you married

What are your plans for marriage

After that he asked me to sin DS-230

After that he started typing on his computer

then he said i have to submitted my new PCC and voter cards as the previous one is expired and give me my passport with 221g letter

Then on 7th i submitted the PCC with Passport VFS office

Then on 17th i got a call to collect my passport from vfs office

On receiving my passport with a letter which states that i am under AP.....

Now God knows how long New Delhi Embassy will take to give the decision

Then i called DOS ...they said the AP is at Consulate level ...means they are investigating about my papers and about my background

Every thing is fine with my papers ,not married yet, not any false document submitted....so i am not worried about the inquiry but worried about the time it takes

Now lets c how long they will take to clear AP

That's All

God Bless us all

And Good lucky to all guys who are going for interview soon

Thanks
