a-my question is ''whether changing Ankara embassy (the embassy that my application will be sent to) to london has effect on my application process''.

b-I just heard that.. they are very fussy about any details and issuing permanent visa taking time longer than other ambassies.

c-previously, NVC did send me email confirmation of new address. I will try one more time, hopefully one of NVC employee respondes to my email.

Your message is a bit confusing, one line says you have changed it, then later you say, "if I change it",.....

Anyway, I doubt NVC will send confirmation for change of address but easiest way is to just call and tell them the new address (or just verify they have the correct one, based on your email).

Also what do you mean by US embassy in London are strict and tough? why would they be any different to other place?

I'm interested to know cause My case should be with them eventually, whenever we get well into 2006 :blink:

Thanks Kirsh as soon as I hear anything I will let u know! Westlink keeping fingers crossed! Honestly I wouldn't mind they go right back to pre retrogression dates!

Yaa..I am also optimistic that they would go back to pre-retrogressed dates...and as far as my memory is concerned...Jan 2010 was the VB when they retrogressed from Feb 15 2005 to April 2004. So if this month we go 6 weeks and next month another months we might go close to Feb 01 2006 ....But it will all depend on our luck...We must be optimistic...and now just search anyone with Dec 2005 PD gets I/L or not...?????
