Hello F1 friends mine PD 25th November 2005 no IL yet still waiting..... i had a problem which i want to share with you friends .... this problem is just not related to f1 but this section of form is just like a family to discuss the problems in immigration process ...sorry for getting off topic but i will be very thank full to all of you if you can guide me in this problem or you can answer my 3 problem by getting here http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/393929-aos-joint-sponsor-with-parentsneed-your-poverty-line/

or you can reply it here

My sister is filling AOS for a spouse visa ....she has submitted AOS fees and now she is going to submit AOS form ... her income is not as per the poverty line so she is going to file AOS with parents as a joint sponsor..... i want to ask 3 question

1.. If she is going to file with parents as a joint sponsor as a household member she has to file I-864 and I-864a ..is it right?

2.. does her income will be added with parents income to meet the poverty line requirement or or my parents have to meet the poverty line with there income alone without adding my sister income eg - poverty line is $29000 , sister income is $15000 and parents (mom dad together with single tax return) income is 24000 for for meeting the poverty line we have to add sis and parents income i.e $15000 + 24000 =$39000 .. is this possible or not as none of them alone can meet the poverty line

3... parents (mom and dad) clear there tax return together and get a single w2s form ....... so please tell......she has to fill two different i-864a form for mom and dad separately or is there any other form as on single I-864a we can fill details of one person (household sponsor)

Please guide with with these three questions i will be very thank full to all VJ members

Thanks

WELL FRIENDS I SEEMS THAT NO BODY WANT TO HELP .......IS THERE ANYBODY WHO HAD AN IDEA ABOUT THIS

Nov 1st it is! But no predictions for upcoming months!

One thing I noticed is that F1-Philippines moved from 01APR96 to 01JUL97, so they're back to where they were on July's bulletin (they had retrogressed all the way to 1994 after that). Not sure how that relates to F1 for rest of the world though, but it looked interesting.

ETA: Sam_leo, I have no answer to your question. It is very specific, so my suggestion is that you post it as a new thread in the main forum, that way more people will see it. Good luck!

hey sam.....

as par my knowledge she has to fill I-864 and I-864a as well.....

for ur 2nd question....why they need a co sponsorer coz ur main sponsorer has enough income,so i guess they add both sponsorer's income thats wat i think...but for confirmation u can call NVC n get all d info....

for ur 3rd question

u dont hav to fill seperate I-864a for mom or dad....anyone of them can fill coz they both hav their names in same w2s....i guess this would help u

I am happy that there is movement :).

Ok so these are the things that we know:

1) we have new visa numbers available to our category.

2) the available visa numbers must be used up in this financial year.

3) last year the nvc covered 16 months.

4) we have covered 4 weeks in this financial year so far.

Speculation:

5) if we use the previous years movement as a guide for this years movement then we can expect an average monthly movement of 16/12=1.333 months.

6) 1.33 in days is 40 days per month.

7) if oct and nov combined movement is 28 days then there is currently a lag of ( 40+40)-28= 52 days which would have to be covered in the coming months.

8) december 2006 is approximately 394 days away.

9) So we should clear 2006 in 9.85 months "Sept 2013"

I really hope they keep moving at a pace of 40 days per month in average and that we clear 2006 in Sept 2013. Please please please!
