Guys I have a question , do U know if my brother needs to take fresh i864 affida sup FRM or the one we submit before retrogression is still valid cuz on USCIS web says it will not expires if interview delays?!

My case was closed for the first time in February 2011. In March 2012 I wanted to add my three year old daughter to my case then I asked for all documents to be updated including I864 and added the latest information about the income of my mother

I think you need to update I864 and some other documents. I will update my court records and Marital Status Certificate even I sent actual certificates march 2012

Congrats Rovers! And Oct2005 for one of your brothers...

My father called NVC and they said something that there is nothing scheduled for me... but I'm affraid that my father didn't get this right....

he told me something that my case wasn't approved or current, he was not sure and I am not sure that he undestood correctly.

I'm sort of freaked out right now :wacko::bonk:

In the last e-mail I got from NVC in January 2010 they were writting:

"The NVC has received the information you submitted and placed it in your case file. You will be

contacted when your petition is sent to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate for further processing"

Please tell me that this is the correct message

Besides that, I understood that in fact the embassy or consulate is the one that it's making interview schedules and this is the reason why some nations received IL earlier than others... e.g. Vietnam seem to send IL before the others.

Anyway I lost hope of spending the hollidays with my family :( :'( I will have to be pleased if I'll be able to be there in the beginning 2013

I think you shouldn't lose hope because the official November bulletin hasn't been published yet, and to see if everything is in order with your case I would suggest you to call NVC and ask if you have an interview set up yet? if they see you are missing something they will let you know. Either way if for some reason your date doesn't become current this month you still have December for sure... So I know you will spend Christmas with your family. :yes:

Actually i was informing just abt Univision forum members...i know there r lot members with PDs btw Dec and April 2006 in our VJ forum..but i was particularly stating other forum members as well...

We can overall hav an idea abt how many members there r with PDs in 2006....frm various forums...

thank you anyway , bcs when we c that there not so much people than there is hope for a faster movement. When do u guys think my pd will be current ? He he i know its 4 months away but just for curiosity

Yaa...but there is only 1 guy with Nov PD....i forgot to post his name....but very few guys r there in Nov, Dec and then straight April 2006....

But i have seen guys in Vietnamese forum with PDs in Dec and jan....but not too much....No need to worry as there r not too many guys in these months... :yes::)

That's right but even I person in nov or dec receive I/L, it will help us for prediction...

case complete as of March 2011, but no interview date :( :(...

lets keep praying, october will bring good news for sure :).

Because i know a lot of ppl of 05 have had their interviews but haven't received the visa. so i bet it should move atleast 6 months-year..and i hope they dont run out of visas before my priority date which is april 2006 :(.

hope to get ur interview date very soon!!

can u pls tell me what do u mean by case completed?
