That's a bit weird, since folks with the 28th have received letters.

If that pd oct/28/2005 who received IL is a true news?! You are right it will move to nov/01 but most people who received IL are oct/22 and before...!!!

I think November VB will move only two weeks. Yesterday I spoke with NVC and they told me they are still working on oct VB. /same situation was last month when I spoke with them again and they told me they were working on sept VB/. Moreover, we now have confirmation for IL up to 21.Octobet IL. So I expect in Nove VB cut of date 22 October 2005. :angry:

Finally. Congratulations. So both brothers received letters?

No just MO and his pd is oct/28...

I'm still hoping that I receive IL for Matt too!

I'm praying , if VB moves one more week, Matt will get IL in nov too! Plzzzzzzz

I do not believe in Vietnamese forum.

But I believe that if your brother with pd28 Ict. received IL and I will receive
