Hello everybody,

first of all I want to apologize for taking so long to get back at u guys with my interview experience. That day at the interview was really fast everything was about one hour. These were the questions:

Who is the petitioner?

hows your relation with your father?

when was the last time he visited you?

Have you been in USA?

Have you applied for a Visa before?

Have u had any problems with drugs or alcohol?

and that was pretty much it.

oh and one tip ... when I got the interview letter they werent asking me for the police records but that day at the interview they did. ( good thing I got new police records since the ones I submitted expired already)

I got my passport back 3 days ago and Im really happy to be done with this journey but now a new journey begins.

if anyone has any questions please let me know and I will be happy to help.

And I really hope the visa bulletin starts moving fast the coming months....

March 24 2015 Received E Mail and Text Notification about Case transfer to another USCIS Office


March 28 2015 Received Hard copy of Transfer Notice from USCIS


March 31 2015 Case Approved by USCIS

Who is the petitioner? my father and give his name , they asked me for hid bday as well

hows your relation with your father? I said good that we talk on the phone every week

when was the last time he visited you? He visited me last year on my bday

Have you been in USA? No I havent

Have you applied for a Visa before? I said yes but I was rejected twice. ( I apllied for a turist visa and for a student visa)

Have u had any problems with drugs or alcohol? I said No I havent. My interview was quick but there were moments of silence while they were checking my documents.

Thank you, And I got here today... my experience at immigration point:

pretty straight forwards ... who is the petionary? fingerprints picture... then wait for like 40 minutes in a waiting room. then new fingerprint and signature and i was all set.

Actually yeah... they did ask me for that too. last year tax return .

Congratulations CAST2006 and best of luck on your new journey!

Please tell me so this will be very clear for me - So you needed 2011 tax return. And I guess a new police certificate (since that one is the first to expire).

Did you need another affidavit of support? Or the submitted one was enough?

Anything else?

well friends its very strange that Bombay consulate had uploaded the October interview dates but but but they have not added the category column in the list ...means its not possible to know how many f1, f2 f3 or f4 or other category visa numbers to be issued....its strange............. well i think so that some of the NV officers are keeping eye on this blog site that's why they are changing things so that we cant trace THE INTERVIEW DATES for particular category OR THE VISA NUMBERS........ this US Immigration system is not transparent and they are not following any rule for any forward movements and even it seems that they are not following ANY QUOTA THEY ARE JUST MAKING US FOOL ON THIS QUOTAS..... I don't THINK SO THAT THERE WILL BE ANY GOOD MOVEMENT IN COMING BULLETINS....... THEY ALL ARE JUST PLAYING WITH OUR EMOTIONS AND WATCH OUR BLOGS AND GIVE BIG SMILES.....

bUT STILL WE SAY

GOD BLESS US...........GOD BLESS AMERICA

I am 110% sure that they always watch our blogs.... if they are getting this message than its my humble request to them....Please stop playing with the emotions of Innocent people of Family based categories.
