Hello there Guys, It's Friday and I just checked my E-mail and Yaaaa (NVC has finally sent my first step documents. Yesterday I was cool with this topic and today I am so happy, I am freaken out. Ok Guys this is what I got in the e-mail:

For Wife:

NVC Case #

My Invoice ID #

My Wife Invoice ID #

CHOICE OF ADDRESS AND AGENT Form in PDF Format.

So now that I have received this Form, Can I Send Out my DS-3032 E-mail Template To NVC?

For Me:

Affidavit of Support (AOS) Processing Fee Bill Invoice.

And CHOICE OF ADDRESS AND AGENT Form With my Wife's Name On It.

So Guys can I pay this Fee Now? Also Does it matter which CHOICE OF ADDRESS AND AGENT my wife uses. One has her name and the other doesn't?

Thank You Guys!

First off congrats to you on your recent approval and change to NVC

My case was approved on 4/19, finally today I spoke with an NVC operator to check status since automated system doesn't have record of it. She said they have our case, received on 4/26 and that we would receive instructions by mail in 4-6 weeks....ok, well I know that part is standard but avoidable by doing everything through email etc. I stated I wanted to give our email addresses while on the phone with her so we would get correspondence that way...she said no I couldn't because the case is not in their system yet....is this BS and I should keep calling for someone else and insist on them taking that info now, or do I really need to give it a few days or so first to "be put into their system"? I am ready to pay our fees and get stuff out to them ASAP in hopes of finishing NVC by the end of May....so how long does it usually take to receive case number and such once they "receive" your file?

once u have sent in the DS-3032 by email... it will take anywhere between 2-3 business days... and when it is accepted u will get an email. In the subject line of that email it will read "ACL UNIVERSAL"

and Posting of the AOS will take couple days... depending its not the weekend...

Just wanted to get your input and see if this means they have accepted my wife's DS-3032. I just received this e-mail today.

"Dear Sir/Madam:

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

We received the principal applicant's DS-3032 (Choice of Address and Agent) form designating an address and agent. Instructions for paying the immigrant visa application processing fee and all future correspondence will be sent to the agent at the address selected on the DS-3032.

For more information regarding the immigrant visa application fee or for answers to frequently asked questions, please visit the following website:

http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3904.html

If a period of one year passes from the last date of contact with the NVC (by telephone, mail, or email), all submitted fees and documents will expire. If this occurs, your fees will need to be repaid and documents will need to be resubmitted in order to continue the immigration process.

So what you think, is this good news? if it is then man it was FAST. My wife e-mailed DS-3032 on Friday and Saturday Accepted, Yaa!
