My mom filled out the I-751 form to removed our (mom, brother and I) resident card conditions. she filled out just one application and she add my brothers and my information (we are 20 years old). did we have to fill a separate application for everyone? After a couple weeks my mom received a letter of extension of the residence while the process is complete but on the letter my brothers and my name are never mentioned. should we wait more time for a second letter? or what can we do??

Also, i want to travel outside the country over the summer. would i have any problem? should i wait and travel some other time? what do i need to travel?

thanks in advance!

i had the same happen to me, i called the 1-800 number explained to them my daugather needed it, they sent a letter to her within one week, i think it's because the form was filed in two names, you both arrived at the same times togather,

One petition is adequate. We received Pasha's letter about two weeks after Alla's letter but you can call or do an info pass if it does not arrive. They should send one for each person
