HI HOW ARE YOU

I NEED HELP ORDERING TEX TRANSCRIPT I CALL THERE 1800 NUMBER I CANT GET HOLD OF AND LIVE PERSON BUT I ORDER IT THROW AUTO RESPONCE SYSTEM THEY SAD YOU SHOUD BE GEETING IT IN 5-10 WORKING DAY BUT NO CONFORMATION ANY BODY CAN TELL ME HOW TO ORDER IT THROW LIVE PERSON THX

I always called after working hours. I would suggest try calling them during normal working hours. I called 3 different times and used the automated system and total I got 4 years worth of transcripts and each took about 7 - 8 days total including weekends for me to get. Once again I would suggest to call during working hours and see if you get a live person. Good Luck.

AOS Journey

11-04-2011 sent AOS to Chicago lockbox

11-07-2011 delivered

11-08-2011 Date on text messages but did not receive until 11-22-2011

11-23-2011 Check cashed.

11-25-2011 Hard copies of NOA1s

12-06-2012 Pui's Brother unexpectly passes away and we make an info pass appointment and receive an emergancy AP so she can return home. Pui leaves for Thailand for 2 weeks.

12-06-2012 Get a text message and email that she received an RFE

12-12-2012 RFE for original birth certificate. I swear we sent it along with a certificate translation of it.

12-20-2012 Pui returns from Thailand.

12-21-2012 We send the RFE back for with original birth certificate along with a new certificate of translation(I had to wait for her to return for her to sign)

12-26-2012 text and email they have received the RFE.

12-29-2012 Appointment for biometrics is 01-23-2012

01-13-2012 AP is approved.

01-23-2012 Biometrics appointment. Later during the evening the text and email saying the EAD is approved.

01-31-2012 EAD/AP combo card arrives.

05-22-2012 Email and text card is in production!

Dnt worry .... I did the same thing u did ... Put in ssn .. Then the yr tax transcripts i needed ... N i was sooo happy 2 see them n my mail box a fews days after that... I knw 4 sure it was less then 10 days... Jus wait its comin! gud luck.... Sis&sull..

I ordered mine online and they came 4 days later. Was easy, never tried the phone system tho I assume when it said you will get them in 5-10 days.. that means you were confirmed and you will get them in 5-10 days...

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I was able to talk to a LIVE person during business hours. I don't think a confirmation of the documents being sent applies. It's been about 6 days ago I requested them and nothing yet in the mail.

I used the voice system on the phone and the online ordering and both arrived in just a few days. Problem is one of them was the tax tranccripts and the other was an account summary. When they arrive, be sure to check that you actually got the tax transcript.

I looked up the local I.R.S. office here in my city. What I did was walked in and asked them to print it for me. All they will ask for is a valid identification ( Driver License or ID card. The lady printed it out for me with no questions.

THANKS GUYS FOR HELP. WELL JUST TALK TO LIVE PERSON AND SHE PRINTED FOR ME AGAIN. WHO EVEVR DID THERE OVER THE PHONE OR BY MAIL AND THEY GOT THERE IN BEFORE 10 DAYS THEN I SHOUD BE EXPECTING MY BEFORE END OF THE NEXT WEEK CAUZ I DID MINE OVER THE PHONE AND ONLINE SAME TIME .THX ONES AGAIN
