There are a lot of post regarding Montreal's appointment scheduling in the Canadian regional forum. Here's the latest : http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/307225-any-word-from-montreal

Sorry to be the bearer o bad news but it seems Montreal is currently booked until August and the consulate has not been allowing anyone to schedule an interview with them for the last 3 weeks.

But there is hope. A few of us could snag April/early May interview when we became eligible a month ago. Sometimes earlier dates become available and you can reschedule for a sooner appointment.
