Do most people have morning interviews? Thank God my husband's is at 1pm, since he has to take a train to Paris.

Is everyone planning on bringing a lot of documentation to the interview? My personal feeling is that Paris is an "easy" embassy and my husband probably doesn't need to arrive with a suitcase full of records. We've known each other for 9 years and been together for over 8 years, so you don't even want to know how much information I could produce if I wanted to! I haven't decided what all I should have him take, though.

Ours is at 6:45 am  , but people have been known to start arriving as early as 5:30 am. All I know is I must wear comfortable clothing and shoes! (by the way I also have to be present for my husband's interview, at our consulate me not being there would be considered visa suicide)

On the day of interview I will bring photocopies of all packages that were sent in, and all other original extras I may have of civil docs just in case. I will bring a couple more extra pictures, e-mails, itineraries, and my car insurance showing my husbands name on it, and a letter from IRS addressed to him. I will definitely NOT bring a mountain load of these items as I pressume it must be a hassle for the interviewer to be handed 500 pages of chat logs for example.

Wow, 6:45 AM?! That is astoundingly early! I wonder if they are open that early all the time or if they have specific days with extended hours.

Your list of documents sounds very reasonable. I front-loaded a lot of evidence of a bona fide relationship with our original filing, but I will probably have my husband take some more pictures from our wedding (that weren't available at the time). I'll definitely have him take copies of everything I sent to the NVC, since someone was on the May Interview thread saying the NVC failed to forward some of their documents. He still has extra "originals" of the civil documents, too, so that's good.

I would have loved to go to the interview with my husband, but it's not required at the Paris embassy and I don't really think they care if the spouse is there. Tickets are so expensive right now, so I guess he's on his own!

Anyway, good luck! You sound really prepared, so I'm sure everything will go great!

Don't forget to add me, I got June 3 at 6:30 AM.

I got the schedule last week of April.

I am done with the medical exam on May 12-13 and everything went well.

Thursday-Friday is a good timing because there's not much people in Saint Lukes.

First day: I went there 8AM and done at 11AM

Second day: 9AM-10AM (vaccine and result).

Since June 2 will be my interview, I decided to have my medical early than doing it 1 week before the interview.

Good Luck to everyone of us.

Has anyone else tried tracking their shipment from NVC to embassy/consulate on the DHL website? I was surprised that it actually worked. Ours is in Paris but not delivered yet. At least I'm assuming it's ours since it's the only one going to Paris. smile.gif
