Doing ok......we had some issues as you might know. Discussed it with a good lawyer today and it can be from a hand slap to permanent ban......depends on the CO and how they see it. Wish us luck!

Your definitely in my prayers!!!!! My hubby had a grueling interview but we got evthing sorted out and down to having to prove who is in my household. Got attorney to go thru divorce/custody papers and write a good letter. SEnt yesterday...we will see how much longer it will take. Kept his passport and gave pink token to hold onto until visa sent and mandatory ap urgh...but didnt get the Your approved speech.... but we are both more than halfway there...just hang in there... if something is easy to do then its easy to lose....if its a struggle...then its worth fighting to keep :) Best of luck to you both!!!

Yup, I agree, you're going to be just fine! I know it's hard to look at your own case objectively (I have an easy embassy too and was freaked out), but I'm also confident that you've got this!

My wife was approved last week, so i am going to go and come back with her on our 1 year aniversary (July 9th). i have a question though. We want to have a wedding ceremony here. Does the Wedding Certificate that we recieved overseas count here? Or do we have to go to the Justice of the Peace and get married again to make it legal here? How does this work?

Any help would appreciated.

Congratulations! Your CR-1 visa was approved, so I would say your marriage definitely counts as legal here already. You don't need to get remarried in the US- you can have the ceremony whenever you want.
