Congratulations. I am a Nigerian, trying to get through the process. I heard its tough in Nigeria and will be happy if you can share information on the procedure you took and the type of evidence you submitted to get approve.

My applicationis at USCIS for two months now and have not heard anything. While I am waiting I want to ensure that it pass the huddle in Nigeria Embassy, Lagos which is the hardest part.

Hi guys! Tomorrow I fly to the DOm. Rep. to be with my husband during his interview, I won't have internet there ( :crying: i'll see how i can manage) so I will try to give you news about our interview as soon as possible, but i can't promise it will be the day off.

:whistle: is not that i'm going to a deep hole in the jungle is just that my husband was paying too much for it and barely using it so he disconnected it.

Gil&Gina that sucks! I can only imagine being so close and now so far :wacko: I really do hope that by calling them you may have an earlier date...

Thanks to all for their well wishes.......our journey is about over in.....4 hours...Already sent her some nice flowers for delivery this afternoon her time. Either way I feel very lucky to have her in my life. Now if I could just stop watching the clock :clock: I'd be ok......

LOL I'll be there myself on Tuesday night...His interview begins @ 11pm my time :blink: not sure how much actual sleep ill be getting...all I can say is Thank GOD school is out and I don't have to get up two hours earlier before work!!!!

Sorry for the late update. I went back to the Philippines so I could go with my husband on his interview. Both myself and our baby went with him., and he was APPROVED! Thanks for everyone's help here in visajourney! :D

12/22/09: I-130 receipt date (Sent by lawyer to CSC)

8/20:10: Approved/NOA2

9/03/10: NVC # generated, gave e-mail adds

9/08/10: Received IV/AOS fee bill

9/09/10: Paid AOS/IV
