Hi everyone,

I'm just getting a little impatient and want to know if somebody knows how long does it take for NVC to review a package? Our case is an MEP electronic processing and our DS260 was sent ahead and was reviewed and is ok, then we sent our AOS on April 15th and got a confirmation e-mail that it was recieved and was going to be reviwed, that was on April 18th... could it be possible to hear back this week?

Thanks!

I'm so looking forward to hear back this week, I'll post about it whenever happens...

I'm trying to update my timeline though but my husband is the one doing all the paperwork and has the dates... I¡ve been trying to get them from him but he works so much that he keeps saying that when he gets a chance he'll do it.

We emailed all of our stuff back on the 30th of April and every time I call I am told it will take up to 20 business days (aka a month) just to get the forms in to our file. As of today we are at 20 business days, only the I-864 is in the file. The actual review will start when they finally say they have everything.

It's so funny that they're doing that, since we sent the DS260 and IV packet 3 weeks before we sent our AOS and it was reviewed already, we think it's fine since they didn't request more info about it just the AOS... sorry that you have to wait longer... praying that you hear back this coming week!
