Hi,all,I has one quetion about my case,i already send my case to USCIS 5 mouth,but i never got any infomation from USCIS,also i so many time the check my case online,it's stay intail review,so i has one quetion ,if the USCIS send letter about REF or interview for me,the online also have update?or no change?

anyone has EXP seem it? thank you so much.

Can you please fill in your timeline and information? That way people can offer you accurate advise. What is your application about? Which interview are you referring to in the title of the post? The more information you give, the better people will be able to help.

Filing based on 3yrs/USC Spouse. 3 year residency anniversary is in August 2014. Filed immediately after the 90-day early filing mark (May 2014)


05/06/2014 - Mailed N-400

05/15/2014 - Check cashed

05/12/2014 - NOA Date

06/11/2014 - Biometrics Appointment

09/15/2014 - Inline for interview scheduling (was stuck in "Initial Review" for over 3 months!)

10/27/2014 - Scheduled for interview

12/01/2014 - Interview

12/19/2014 - I AM A US CITIZEN!

You can subscribe to USCIS so that if there is a change in your status you will know right away through email or text message. In our case, we've waited for 6 months for our petition to be approved. Just be patient and you will receive the good news anytime soon. Good luck

Did you get a letter with an appointment for biometrics?

If you are a Vermont filer, 5 months doesn't sound out of order. They are reeeeeealy slow.
