VSC asked for additional information (Divorce Decree in Chinese and certified). Ok, my mistake. We obtained this and I sent fed-Ex overnight to VSC on April 19th. It was signed and delivered on the 20th :)

It is now April 27th and I just received an email saying they got the needed information. What happened in the last 7 days?

I really hope it doesnt take that long to review 1 piece of paper, UGH!!!!!!!!

There is a processing delay and also a system update delay. You will see the same thing with your NOA2, most likely you will receive an email after the notice has been mailed. Don't worry, this means you should be approved this week and on to NVC and then to GUZ. Start making sure your girl is ready for the interview!

What happened in the last 7 days?

the packet wound it's way from the mailroom, to the sorting office, to a queue, then to the right queue, then to a human, who reviewed it, tagged it as 'added to the casefile' and an email was autogenerated to you, after.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I sent the correct english divorce decree on April 19th and it was delivered on April 20th (Fed Ex overnight). Of course, they didnt look at it until April 27th. Received text that they received April 27th.

Ok, its now May 6th and no response from VSC.

Isnt this enough time to review 1 sheet of paper??????
