On a completely judgemental note, actions like this are what makes it so damn hard for the rest of us. As Glyn and Kathy said "Un-freaking believable".

YEP YEP! :wow:

amen,OP,if you came here for the vote of sympathy and for people to show you a way to file a false VAWA claim, just dont...go back to your home country and see if your new boyfriend is willing to do the same thing your husband did...

to the mods, yes im judging OP,because her entire question is so out of line, its impossible not to judge her

As someone who legitimately filed a VAWA petition, all I can say to this OP is GO HOME. This isn't right...and it's fraud like this that makes it so hard for the rest of us. I cannot see how this could possibly be legitimate - not with what the OP wrote her. Won't be coming back into this thread, but had to put my two cents in. :wow:

But will they send me back? Deportation? How long do I have? I don't want to get arrested....

Here's hoping the arrest you and deport you. Obvious you only used your husband to get into the US so you could be with your boyfriend.

Correct.

I imagined how's your husband worked hard just for you to be with him. Preparing the Paper works were not easy. It's still 3 am here, and reading this post makes me mad.gifohmy.gifsad.gif

My husband brought me up from jamaica. He is a USC, on a k1 last year July 10 2010 , we were married july 22 file the 485 then I started seeing another man and my husband ( we have a child together born in jamaica and is a USC now) found out in Jan 2011, has proof as he read my mail I left open. Told me he was going tom pull his app. I went to the aos meeting fen 16 and told them abuse as I had him arrested for DB,case pending,he pled not guilty 1st offense.I told them I want to file vawa, he pulled his 864 for support but not the I-130 yet and I do not have much proof of abuse. Can I self file via vawa if he does not withdrawal his I-130? Annulment/divorce pending.

Today my friend told me uscis called him asking him to quickly withdrawal his I-130 as I have filed my VAWA but ,I think they know about my outside relationship starting 4 months after arrival and that he filed for an annulment based on fraud, and he has a TPO on me and my new boyfriend.

What's happening? Is this good for me and my vawa app or bad...that the case,I-130 has not been withdrawn?...

Please help

And you wonder why Jamaica gets a bad name and reputation it's because of people like you. Just un freaking believable you ask for help.:wow::wow::bonk::bonk::bonk::angry::angry::angry: I suggest like the others you go home and see if the new boyfriend will sponsor you

Divorced !st November 2012.

Married only 2 years 1 month

The saddest thing that nobody else has mentioned is, what will happen to their child? After all, the OP does have a child with her husband and their divorce will also affect this child... It is one thing for people to act on their selfish desires, but a quite completely different issue is to do this when children are involved. I guess that since the child is a US citizen he/she has the right to stay in the US. I only hope the OP does not want to take the child back to Jamaica...

WOW you knowingly cheat on your husband get caught then claim abuse after you get caught? Seems rather fishy to me. He then filed for divorce before the abuse claim. I feel really bad for the guy who brought you here. WoW WEE good luck with your trip back to Jamaica! By anyway you go back!
