I haven't a clue why you posted this. What's the purpose of this letter? What are you trying to accomplish with it?

I am trying to get my wife into the states with a CR-1 Visa. We just had our interview and she received a blue slip requesting a 10 year residency and a timeline. I did a search on this forum and did not find any templates or samples on how to do a 10 year residency. I am hoping someone who had the same situation as I did can help or give advice. Thanks.

The ten years of residency is asked for on the DS230, so you could use either that or the G325a as your example and just provide the information to cover where she's lived and the dates, going back at least ten years.
