Being a French living in New York City, i must say that i disagree with that survey..! I have never seen such a high concentration of rude people here than anywhere else, even in France!!.. I've lived in 5 different countries.

Example:

Yesterday in a store.. this guy comes to me and asks me for spare change. I pretend not to understand.. he insists, again i tell him "no English" so here he goes again.. asks again. At this point, i avoid eye contact as i'm feeling really uncomfortable about his persistance. Anyhow, i can see that he's moving towards the exit door and goes " stupid bitc*" What the heck??!! This is one of many episodes.

ps in reply to his insult, i told him to f off!

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Anyone who's ever gone into a London bar and been asked if you shave your coo-coo would know the British aren't boring, at least at night when they're drunk, they're not, lol. French people aren't rude they just love to play the devils advocate and be at extremes at the same time. Americans are ambitious and usually that doesn't allow for ignorance. New Yorkers, I'm sorry to say, come across as being really rude. I don't think most of it is intentional, it's just their culture. At my job, I have to talk to people from NY everyday and some of them are soooo nice and funny with their bawdy personalities but the rest of them make me never want to live there bc they're sooooo rude. So, the only thing polls are good for is dancing on or sucking on,
