Hi,

We plan to submit the following items as evidence showing us living together:

- vehicle title showing both of us as owners

- joint account statement from bank

- car insurance with both of us listed

- rental leases with both of us listed

- statement showing my wife listed as the primary beneficiary of my life insurance

- tax transcripts (if they send them to me ontime) or copies of joint tax return forms we filed during the past 3 years.

is this list good enough? I may also be able to obtain some statement showing that she is listed as the prim beneficiary of my retirement plan, but since I just accepted a new job and finished signing up for the plan, the investment firms may not be able to get that for me on time.

also we don't have too many photos with both of us in... when we go out, we usually take pictures of each other. do we need to submit pictures? Please feel free to comment and make suggestions. Thanks.

unfortunately, driver's licenses don't have the most up to date addresses, and therefore, our licenses have different addresses, and neither one is the most current.

Looks good. I would add copies of Driver Licenses showing the same address. You don't have to submit pictures.

eh... you didn't seem to have read my post. your list would be ideal, but i was asking whether my list was sufficient or not because i could not come up with some of the items...

May want to get the licenses up to date. Also, if you can't come up with some items - include a letter of explanation so you're not RFEd.

Had any doctor's visits - either you or wife? Include the explanation benefits from the medical insurance - should be the same address you're living at.

Any greeting cards to both of your from family or friends (birthday, holidays...)?

Thanks and I will see what I can do. No med insurance until just now when I got a new job. No greeting cards either - I am not very social.

Has she met your parents/family? The will be looking for pics of family association on her side and yours. This is not always absolute. As far as pics go, if your interview is a week from now or later you have time to get some pics together and around folks. If you take only a few pics that do not demonstrate that you are actively living a "life" together, it could bring you under more scrutiny. I know this is kind of playing to the interviewer, but you should use a little tripod or the "hold your arm way out" method and get some more pics together. We don't take a lot of pics together either, but made it a point to do so for the interview. Actually, I can say that we haven't taken many pics together since that time! haha Good luck, bro!

Question: Do you need to send ALL the joint billing statements for the last 2 years ? That would be a lot...
