I need some help please! I am an American, my wife is in the Philippines. Question 21 says, "If filing for your husband/wife, give the last address at which you lived together."

I do not live in the Philippines, however I did recently return and spent a month there with her at a beach condo. Should I list the address of the condo, or just put n/a?

thanks!

I think n/a, as this was never your residential address, as I assume it was a holiday.. You wouldnt list the addresses of all your other holidays as previous addresses would you ? You didnt live there you just stayed there for a month. You would have no tennancy agreement or Mortgage, or bills to prove this.

However if you want to double check you can always call the USCIS :D

Good luck to you both !!

Nerevr answer "N/A" to this question. Thats a guaranteed RFE!!!!!!!!! You will put address of that resort as all they are asking for is the address of the last place where you spent time together as husband and wife. They do understand that people going to other countries may not have their own residence. Answering "N/A" means the question of living together doesn't apply to you, which makes the whole application for a spouse senseless. Good Luck. Please dont hesitate to ask questions.

If you haven't lived together, then none would be an appropriate answer. N/A is not an appropriate answer.

I don't see anything wrong putting your beach condo address where you both spent a month. Just write down the from/to dates.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
