Original DVD collection in a hard drive. taking it back to the U.S.

had my DVD collection from the states shipped out here and now don't want to lug it back to the states.

they're all original. not the local bootlegs.

question is: should i even risk carrying the hard drive when we fly home? it occurred to me that there really is no way of me proving they're from originals...

You should be fine carrying it with you, just label whatever it's packed in as " Computer Hard Drive". Just make sure to put it in an anti-static bag (if you can get 1) and make sure you have enough padding around it when you pack it so it doesn't get bumped/thrown around a lot.

thanks Blob! i was actually thinking after i load all the movies in it i might just put it in it's original packaging as well.
