Thank you NVC for yet another fake RFE!:bonk: :bonk: :bonk: :bonk: :bonk: :bonk: :bonk: :bonk:

Hubby thought he would give the NVC a call and check on the status of our case...they told him to expect an RFE for our original marriage certificate. I am absloutely positive it is in there since it is on a different size piece of paper to everything else in the package so I had to fold it in half to put in the envelope!

OMG!!!! What is wrong with these people? I know I haven't gotten as many fake RFE's as some other people on here...but jeeeeezzzzz!!!

So...now my husband has requested for our case to be reviewed by a supervisor...and of course we got the script of 'supervisor review will take 7-10 days'.

But...congrats to all those that have gotten CC recently! At least some of us are getting some good news so that is something to be thankful for!!

Merci très chère!! But I'm pretty sure I'm not already done with the RFEs, I should have one the same for my daughter's as is re to IRS, but I won't be surprised if my daughter's gets no RFE, because we sent 2010 W2, which is supposed to be ok

It could happen the same day. As soon as I got my SIF (on March 9th), I called NVC up immediately and the lady told me my case was complete. Although, I only got the case complete email the next day on the 10th (only those doing EP get this) and the AVR updated two days after my SIF (on the 11th) to reflect my CC was the day before (the 10th).

I have no idea when our SIF occurred. I think the last time I checked was Saturday, June 4. I had no internet yesterday, when our case was complete, but I tried it today and got a SIF. Guess it doesn't matter when it happened since our case is complete.

Today I got an email saying that they received the AOS and IV fees and that I need to submit AOS and DS230. I called and they said they already reviewed and accepted the AOS and don't have any questions (YES!! :) ), and are now waiting for DS230 (which was sent a couple of days after). I hope process will go just as smoothly with DS230. My husband already made his medical appointment for next week in Stockholm despite still being in the process.

Apparently the only doctor assigned by embassy in Stockholm closes for summer for half of July and all of August, so if anybody is going through that consulate, make your medical apppointment quickly, it is valid for 6 months.

Cheers
