As far as I know, the operators will only know when the packages have been inputted in the system and being reviewed. They'll have no idea when the packages have arrived in the building as it won't be in the system.

Follow the template here to send the DS-3032 by email: http://www.visajourn...il_DS-3032_form You don't need to sign the form or attach it. Just follow the template in the link and do that.

And since your country is Pakistan, you're not eligible for electronic processing or online forms, so you have no choice but to mail in the AOS and IV packages.

Good luck with adjusting to small town life lol!

Oh, I don't think I'd ever be able to live in a town with only 1k people. I need like 10k minimum laughing.gif

You have to select the AOS bill. There will then be 4 boxes below the details. One of the boxes will say 'Print Document Cover Sheet'. That's the barcoded cover sheet that you need. To see what the page looks like, view a screenshot of mine here: http://i128.photobuc...tscreenshot.jpg Then do the same thing for the IV bill.

You can't email the DS-3032 unless they have your email addresses I believe. Call up NVC asap on Monday and give the email addresses so you can email the DS-3032. It'll be faster than mailing in the form.

Either the petitioner or the beneficiary can call. You just have to give the operator your NVC case number or your USCIS receipt number, beneficiary's name and date of birth, and petitioner's name and date of birth.
