I received the following email from one of my Senators immigration staffers. I had called and faxed both senators and my congressman when everyone was in limbo with IMBRA, still no RFE's in sight etc. I of course replied and told her I sent my RFE back, no NOA2 yet. I'll let you guys know what she finds out when I hear back. I may even vote for this guy next time around LOL!

This is what she emailed:

Hello Dean - I am assuming that the fiancé petition was approved by the California Service Center once you refilled under IMBRA. If not, let me know and I will follow up to see what the problem is.

All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.

You received that today? Nearly a month and a half after the IMBRA RFE?

Re-educate the Senators staffer, to the relevant facts of your case. They evidently, did not pay much attention to detail.
