I still have a while to wait until my NOA2 but I'm trying to think ahead. My father will be the cosponsor of my fiance, since I am still a student and not really making money yet. Would I only send the I-134 that my father fills out? Or do I need to submit one for my own income?

Also, when should I get the I-134 ready and send it to my fiance? Is there a time that would be too early? does it expire? I'm guessing it is too early to send the I-134 now, since I just received my NOA1 a few weeks ago...

Sept. 2009- met while studying in Italy
1/3/2011- engaged
3/28/2011- I-129f mailed
4/4/2011- NOA1 email
4/11/2011- NOA1 hard-copy
8/3/2011- NOA2
10/12/2011- Interview and Visa Approval!

January 7 2012- wedding

07/22/14-Mailed I-751 to remove conditions

01/28/2015- removal of conditions approved

You are petitioning and sponsoring. You must send an I-134. You cant not send one.

Sending the I-134 now is a big waste. You will have to redo it all and send it again when you get the NOA2.

I-134 and supporting documents must be dated and signed as close to the interview as possible.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
