Shall I Change Address?

Hi. I just got a notification today regarding my green card. It's already on production stage. It says:

"On April 26, 2011, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you"

30 days will be on May 26. Do you think by that time I will have my card on hand? Or it's on that date that they will they mail it to me and I will receive it a week after?

It's coz we're planning to move back to Houston (in ND now) on June 1. Should I call and change my mailing address? or You think I'll get it before I move and not change address at all?

You will get it before you move once it says in production you should get in 2-3 weeks. I got mine in 2 weeks. Also when you move you will need to fill in AR11 form and petitioner needs to fill in I-865 for change of address. Not just a matter of calling on the phone.
