Was told that my case under AP

It soon will be 5 weeks since NVC received DS230 and I864 was received much earlier.

Spoke tonight with agent and she told me my case under Administrative processing. All previous time was told that case under review.

In NVC lingo reviewing and Administrative processing means the same? Or is this something more serious?
