ok so i am a bi lost and yes i have been sent the simple NVC stage steps but am still so completely confused.....maybe its casue i have a lot going on outside this immigration process i cant think straight.....anyways here is where i am.....got our NVC number, emailed choice of agent form got confirmation back after 1 day, paid the AOS bill online......when do we send in all the docs for income and such? do they get sent before the DS230 and those docs or all together?

Since you have paid the AOS bill, log in and print out your AOS cover sheet. You can send the AOS docs(I-864 and supporting documentation.You dont send the DS230 until you have paid the IV bill. If you have paid the IV you can send all the docs together: AOS forms and supporting documentation, IV form and civil documents.

You can sand it it today if you want and have all the documents ready...! Once your payment is processed and your are sent the cover sheet then you can send off the AOS. The DS-230 will come in about 9 days after you received the DS-3032/AOS notifications. Some send it together to avoid the additional $18.00 in cost if using USPS.

do the i-864 forms need to be notarized??? for the K1 the sponor and co-sponsor forms did but they were totally different......
