Our checked was cashed yesterday 09-05-2006. Got our case number today and it states that our official NOA1 date is Aug 31 2006. Just waiting for the real paper to be received by mail.

Oh well. THat its :) IM Happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :dance::dancing:

I dont expect anything faster than 6 months from NOA1 to Visa. So we met in a game and well keep our gaming account running for a while still...lol

I just cant believe when I read about people that met in March 2006, filed at VSC and got apporved in 12 days when there is so many of you out there that filed for your case on that month. But I gotta tell myself that desperation is not the key on Day1, gotta be positive!

What is a couple months when we have a lifetime with our beloved ahead....a small price to pay! Cheers to everyone in the run with us! :dance:

yup its true, check is in their hands and cashed, now the final stretch of our waiting to be together starts. It is not easy to be apart for all of this, yet its something that is worth the wait and no price can be put on being able to have my Mephys in my arms for the rest of my life. I love her more than anything, I scream it to the world everyday and forever will she be along side me to enjoy all that our lives will bring to us.

Grats to the people that have already been approved and our best wishes are with those in the same position as us.

BTW...I love Mephys <3

January 23/07 NOA1's for AOS, EAD and AP

February 13/07 Biometrics in Portland, OR

April 7/07 EAD and AP Received

April 24/07 Interview Scheduled . . . and APPROVED, stamp and all!

May 7/07 Greencard is in my hands!

February 17/09 Sent I-751 to CSC

February 18/09 NOA1

March 14/09 Biometrics appt.

April 22/09 Date of Approval!!

June 25/09 Greencard arrives in the mail!

Try to stay positive as long as you can. It's really hard...especially when you see several people a day in this forum that filed at VSC in August getting approved already. That's when it gets pretty trying.
