fascination with a fair skin complexion is something that i do not get. but i think that is an Asian thing as I have seen that here as well.

Filipinas should embrace the way they look. it just takes the right attitude and confidence to overcome the "skin" stereotyping.

anyways, just sharing a story, i have an uncle who actually told me that perhaps i should get a nose job (my cousin, her daughter, had one). i told him i don't want to cuz my boyfriend (ex now) loves my button nose LOL.

my fiance always jokes about having our kids confused with their ethnicity. their mom is Asian but does not look like one, and she has a Latino/Spanish-sounding maiden name LOL. he said he would teach our kids to say they are half-white when they are asked about their ethnicity LOL.
