I am so lucky to have found this website to know I'm not alone. We are March filers left in the dust by CSC. our case has not even touched since July 08 when they received the RFE. I'm wondering if they have lost our file. our NOA1 is dated March 23. 06 and nothing yet. Sorry for not being cheerfull, one of those nights.

Don't go crazy. CSC seems to be focusing on Marchers right now. There have been numerous March approvals in the past weeks. They will get to you.

Don't despair.... you are not alone.

Even though we went thru the K-1 process quite a while ago, I still remember how frustrating it was waiting, waiting, waiting. We waited for 8 months for our interview from the time we sent in our I-129F application. I didn't know about Visa Journey at that time, so I didn't have any idea that 8 months was a long time for an approval. I only discovered VJ after I was already approved.

Good luck for some news very soon.

Best wishes.

You'll get there. Just hang on. I know it's easier said than done but we need to be strong for our loved ones.

16/10/2006- Interview date- I'm nervous and my fiance is cool calm and collective. And she's the one that has to do the interview.

Yup, I hear ya on that tip. It's always " one of those nights " , days, and afternoons for me. The best we can do is TRY to stay positive ( easier said than done ) and not loose hope, even when it looks hopeless. Keep praying and know you are not alone in this misery. (F)

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

There are still many of us in the same situation. I know that doesn't make it any easier, but it is somewhat comforting to know you're not the only one. Our time will come soon :)

Michelle,

We can only pray for this ! (F)

I am in the same boat. We got our NOA1 in March through the Vermont office. We got hit with an RFE (not the IMBRA) right away. My fiance didn't get the papers to me and we missed our deadline. I had to request for an extension and they granted us an additional 3 months. He left Athens and went to Mykonos to work for 4 months. Now he is finally leaving the F*&^%$# island tomorrow and get back to Athens to mail me the documents. This has been a very stressful summer. Hopefully I can get everything in before October.

Different circumstances but still in the WAITING BOAT and I have HAD IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know the frustration, BELIEVE ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
