Hey Everyone,

Well as many of you know my 129F has been in limbo for almost a year now. I found out because I was the dreaded "name hit". I had this small issue of an felony arrest warrant in California that was 12 years old :angry: . My application was lost in so much red tape I had no chance of getting clear. It has brought me to complete depression. I realized I must try something way different. Instead of calling a defense lawyer I called the DA directly and plead my case. Because I maintain my innocence. I had never tried to hide who I was and where I was living for the last 12 years. I finally got the word that they are dropping the charge and withdrawing the arrest warrant. :dance::dance: I been in contact with both my senator (Thanks Kitkat1) and my congressman to bull my application through after this huge headache. I have no idea where my visa app will go after the ICE Fraud unit has it. But I do know it is still in Nebraska. I hope it will not be transfered. Whatever the case I went out to celebrate and call Nadya a million times to say I love her. I hope nothing else will now delay it. I pray I will see her before Chrstmas. The morale of this story is they can hold your case for the littlest thing (big things too). Now it remains to be seen if they will now let me go and be with the woman I love.

Feb. 22/06... AOS Interview - APPROVED!!!!! (Passport NOT stamped)

Dec. 4/07... I-751 sent to NSC

May 23/08... 10-Yr. PR Card arrives in the mail

Mar. 22/11.... N-400 sent to AZ

June 27/11..... Interview - PASSED!!!

July 12/11..... Oath Ceremony

guess I dont understand......

Why wasnt it resolved 12 years ago instead of having this hanging over your head??

but anyway.....make sure that it gets into the national database that they arent looking for you, and maybe things will start moving for you.....good luck

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.

12 Oct 2006- Interivew awesome,Embassy holded my Visa due to unable to show the I-134 Affidavit of Support

19 Oct 2006- Handed Over the I-134 Affidavit of Support to VFS Office,New Delhi

01 Nov 2006- Visa been Issued wooohooooo

14 Nov 2006- Recieved Passport with K1 Visa and a Sealed Envelope

23 Nov 2006- POE Chicago..way easy..asked easy questions, boarded the flight for Phoenix to meet me lol!!

07 Dec 2006- Applied for SSN

21 Dec 2006- Recieved the SSN

16 Dec 2006- Got Married with my Jatin woooohoooooo!!!

9-12-05 NOA1 - FOR I-130, I-145, & AP, EAD

10-5-05 RFE for Birth C. & medical

10-24-05 GOT LEARNERS PERMIT

11-3-05 DRIVERS LICENSE :)

11-16-05 overnited RFE

11-17-05 Rcvd NOA2 for EAD, bio set for 12-5-05
