RESCHEDULING INTERVIEW DATE TO EARLIER DATE

It seems everything is going well with the application process, however at the same time we are planing and preparing almost all the necessary documentations for the interview. If we get interview date, lets say a month from now and we are ready with all documents and medical in a week, can we ask embassy to re-schedule the date to the earlier date? is that possible? we have waited for 6 month, already. We don't want to call and mess up and loose an original interview date. once again someone with practical experience or someone who changed the interview date successfully, needs to answer my question. Thank you!

Generally the only way to get an earlier date is by request of petition expedite. You would have to fit the expedite criteria.

No harm in asking if they have something sooner tho the likely hood of them giving it is slim.

it is possible - sometimes embassies have last minute cancellations and can squeeze you in earlier

it never hurts to ask but make sure you have everything ready in case they say "we have an opening tomorrow" you can be ready to go lol
