I'm getting my PKT 3 organized and triple checked. As I look at the 'must have' for the interview page, it mentions 5 passport photos - 3 of which are for the medical. I had 3 sets done (6 pics) so I'm set or so I thought. Do I need to paste a photo to the DS-156 (2 copies)in Pkt 3 or do I just need to bring them with me? If I include them, I only have 4 photos to bring with me.

Do NOT send the photos in with packet 3, you take them to the interview with you. You will need 3 for the medical and 2 for the interview. All you send in packet 3 is the checkist and the forms that you filled out and the confirmation page. Do not send anything that is on the checklist, that is for you to make sure you have it ready for the interview and they know that you have it ready.
