How often is that done? I know they're inundated with applications but their CSRs are useless too. :)

it might be there .. it might not. as long as they confirm the date of receipt when you call then... just keep moving

Oct 25 2012 - Sent AOS/IV Package
Oct 29 2012 - Pkg Delivered
Dec 24 2012 - Case Complete
May 17 2013 - Interview-Approved

July 19 2013 - Enter the USA

Don't rely on USCIS to update anything. Once you get your stuff in the mail, you should be good. If you want to follow what they are doing online, you will be greatly disspointed.

Our I-129f filed in 2008 is still listed as "Intial review" Alla has already lifted conditions and will apply for citizenship in January. Stop worrying. The 10 year green card will likely just show up in the mail like ours did.
