Kinda confused bout NVC stuff

My husband is the USC..and we got the billing...

okay, tha fine. go to NVC web site, and it will tel you about he AOS fee. I just posted the information. It cleary states that if a U.S citizens is petitiong for spouse/children you do not have to pay an AOS for each case. I posted the information.

ok thank you but we already paid it...my hubby paid it too fast so she can go with my on May 11 interview...

If your US citizens spouse has a petitions pending concurrently; meaning they are petitioning for hubby/wife & son/daughter CONCURRENTLY you pay one AOS fee of $88.00. it is on the NVC site. :whistle:

you think we can get it back? he paid it because we got a billing...88 is really big money for us... :bonk:

If I were you I would call the NVC. Based upon the timeline you gave Rhea it looks concurrent to me. I also talk to a rep today by the name of connie, and she told me that once my husbands case arrives back to NVC they marry them together , and i will not need to pay an additional AOS, because it's son/dad. So, yes I would tell my husband to call and ask why He had to pay another $88.00 fee, and he is a US citizens. :dance:
