My husband and I are March filers too- our NOA1 date is March 21st. Just got back to the UK after an amazing month visiting him in Florida and hoping that it wont be too long until I'm back out there with visa in hand. Congrats to all those with NOA2 so far. Fingers crossed for the rest of us that the wait and time apart is shorter than estimated and RFE free!

i am march filers my priority date is march 2 and it say that your Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between June 23, 2011 and July 9, 2011*. is this true or what should we go by

No it is just an estimate. You should not rely on that timeline at all. Consider your process to be 5 months. Anything earlier than that, be happy and thankful!

it is been a long wait for us our file is at califonia center they are so slow in processing please speed up they charge like $500 but slow processing cmon now i goota see my wife asap thanks

I understand your pain, I truly do, but you have to understand that until you are over the 5-6 month mark, you have to play the waiting game.

Once you can get over this 5-6 month mark will you be able to contact your local congress man.

If the pain of separation is too much, you might want to consider a trip to India...

Just be happy your are not at California Service Center. They seem to be a month behind of where CSC is right now!

The timelines for CSC indicate avearge date 2/10 applications are being approved (VSC - 2/26). I see that one 3/16, 3/14, 3/11, two 3/3, 3/2 & two 2/28 applicants have received NOA2.
