I'm also a March filler, didn't get any update from USCIS they just touched 30th of March and still nothing, even when i check my case status it shows like that and initial review button is not highlited

If you have not received it within 30 days of March 30, 2011, contact customer service at 1-800-375-5283. Are any of you guys doing anything to get ready for the next stage?

Police checks?

My NOA1 date is 4 Feb 2011. I would check the USCIS site about once a week and see the CSC processing time is goal 5 months and actual time of 5 months so I was thinking 1st week of July 2011. Got my email notification (NOA2) approval 27 May 2011 and the paper copy in the mail 4 Jun 2011.

Now I am scouring the NVC threads and trying to determine the approximate time requirements from USCIS NOA2 until NVC sends out the invoice and request for AOS and DS230 for my wife.

The waiting is the hard part. Once you read a thread about a delay of some sort it makes you feel as if you could also experience the same thing. My advice is to accept the fact that each case is unique and humans are actually involved in the process. Don't panic and think there is a problem unless you receive a notification from the NVC or USCIS. Also each embassy is different. Some process hundreds or even thousands of applicants each year and some only a dozen or so. I expect the US Embassy Manila to be flooded with requests and I don't know when to expect the interview date to be scheduled. It will be when God wants it and that's that.

Like most of us here I have not seen my wife in months. (Married Jan 19 2011 and I returned to the US Jan 21 2011). I have accepted that it is all a part of the process and will be worth it in the end. She also has accepted our long separation in true filipina fashion. So my friends, let us all support one another and continue to pass along updates as we get them.

Hey Idaho

Call the NVC automated phone system to get your NVC case number and then call back to get a human to get your IIN and give them your email addresses and phone number. Once you do all that, then you can initiate payment, 3032, etc--no need to wait for hard copy or email for that matter.

Yes we are still waiting on our NOA2 and we've already done police check and paperwork,documents and all that....it will save a few weeks during your process

UPDATE:

I-130 NOA2 email recieved June 2, case received at NVC June 7 and NVC case number received via AOR early morning June 8 (Invoice number also received via live operator at 9am), AOS and IV bill generated June 9. Our priotity date was March 29
