I was just about to seal up the evelope to mail my wife's I-130 package to start the process and when I double checked that I had the right address the instructions told me to mail:

Applicants who reside in the jurisdiction of the Baltimore,MD, USCIS District Office should submit the Form I-130petition and the Form I-485 concurrently to:

USCIS Vermont Service Center 75 Lower Welden Street St. Albans, VT 05479-0001

#######?

Thanks!

The part that I was asking about was not WHERE but about the I-485. No where else does anything mention filing an I-485. I read the guides...show me where it says about the I-485 I missed that section all together.

Please ignore the incorrect answer from YuAndDan.

If you are filing an I-130 for a spouse outside of the US, it does go to your Service Center.

If you are filing for a spouse who is inside the US, it would be most typical to file I-130 concurrently with the I-485.

Regardless of what the form may say, ALWAYS confirm the most up to date filing instruction and fee amount on the FORM PAGE at uscis.gov. The actual forms often have incorrect information; the form page is more easily updated.

Thank you so much MEAUXNA!!! Just a bit paranoid as I start the process.

Thanks again!

Welcome to ParanoiaLand---expect to be here for a few years!

The concurrent filing is for Adjustment of Status, usually from other than a K visa.
