What situation would someone be in (in this country) to be hungry?

A family of 3 gets $400 per month in food stamps.(does not include free lunch/breakfast at school WIC or hitting up the local food bank).

You posted pics of a woman in laddered tights and one of a pair of shoes. I'm guessing all men would go for a living woman over a pair of shoes, although, I could be wrong.

I don't see that having a huge affect on stopping population growth. The liberal feminist doesn't strike me as the type for large families.
