How do I answer this? I'm thinking Legal Alien Not allowed to work however their instructions claim you have to justify reason for issuence.

I have searched the forum with no luck, please don't beat me up on this. Thank you for your help.

If I'm reading the RM 10211.530 right the proper answer is Legal Alien allowed to work.

Just got back, Legal Alien allowed to work was the correct answer, we went to office in SW Dallas and process was 5 of 5. Very happy with results and this is the 15th day since POE.

Once again people, don't worry about the SS-5 when you are applying in person. They will enter everything into the computer based on the evidence you provide and the answers to the questions they ask. They will print it out to have you look it over. If you say everything is OK and the truth, you are done. You don't even need to sign anything.
