I-864 with I-130?

1. Just wondering if I file the I-864 affidavit of support with the I-130 when I first send it? Or does NVC request it later after NOA2 ?

We need a co sponsor which will take a bit of time to get that paperwork.

2. Also can the fee of 420$ be from a Canadian bank (but a US fund bank draft) for the fee or does it have to be from an american bank?

3. Can I mail the package via UPS from Canada ? (since we are filling out the forms while we are up here for a couple of weeks)...

1. I-864 comes after USCIS approval of NOA2

2. I am not sure but I think has to be drawn on American Check or Money Order

3. I would send where you can track the package..
