well, folks, I got the call today :) ... we just have to sign the rental agreement and then we will be the proud renters of a 2 bedroom apartment :D ...

She wants us to start renting this Friday...

Now I have to call all the utilties etc... to get them set up..... :P Not sure how it works around here...

well, we finally signed the rental agreement yesterday.... we were supposed to last week but they were fixing the place up and it took a bit longer then expected.... We are moving in this weekend... :D

Now I am trying to deal with the utilities.... I just signed up for Vonage..... and I have to call and cancel our phone and internet later.....

For the electric, I just have to call and transfer to our name....

I am not sure about gas.... I guess I should call and see if it is already turned on at the new place then I would just need to transfer it to our name...... but if it isn't, the soonest they could come and turn it on is September 29th :o No hot water for over a week :o

and cable and internet might take about 2 weeks to activate :o:unsure: I am going to be bored out of my skull.... We will be taking advantage of Netflix a lot in those 2 weeks :P

the joys of moving :P...... at least we don't have a lot of stuff to move :thumbs:
