Wow! A 2 bedroom house for only $1100, that sounds like a steal!

:huh::no: depends on where it is in the usa - here a 2 bedroom for $1100 would be a rip off :P

well, this is in the Los Angeles area.... so it is a steal :yes: .... most houses around here cost anywhere from 1800 to 3000 dollars or more to rent :o

yeah, especially for the LA area... :yes: ... like I said we thought it would be a dumpy place in crummy neighborhood but we were pleasently surprised.... I am thinking that the reason the rent is so cheap is because the house might be paid off or something...

The only things I don't like about the house is that there is no washer and dryer hook-ups, so it looks like I will be continuiing to do my laundry at the laundramat :P ... that should be fun once the baby comes along.... and the other thing is that there isn't an awful lot of closet space in the house... but other then that the house is great :thumbs:

how old a house? if say pre 1977 might be an idea to get lead paint tests done since you'll have kids living there.
