Ok i've been at my Job from July 09, 2007 till now... BUT I started as a TEMP and hired on March 30th 2009.. So on my taxes as a temp says a different employer (temp service)..

WIll this be a problem? Should I write a letter explaining?

Also on my G325A Should I put:

Appleone (temp) July 09, 2007 to March 30th 2009

My job March 30th to Present??????????????????

K1 VISA
4/25/2011 Sent Papers for Toney to sign.
5/9/2011 Received package from me
5/10/2011 He sent back to me DHL
5/11/2011 Received packaged
5/14/2011 Sent Forms to the Texas Lockbox.
5/16/2011 They received it. Signed by J.Author
5/18/2011 NOA1 Text/Email
5/23/2011 NOA1 Hardcopy
7/29/2011 NOA2 APPROVED NO RFE
8/15/2011 NVC Received
8/17/2011 Left NVC
8/26/2011 VISITING TONEY FOR 10 DAYS!!
8/27/2011 recieved packet 3
9/19/2011 Received Interview date (11/03/2011 @ 9:30Am)
9/26/2011 Made medical appointment ( 10/20/2011 )
10/20/2011 Medical was a success!!
11/3/2011 APPROVED!!!P
12/1/2011 UPDATE: 18 business day's into AP :( DEPRESSED....
12/9/2011 VISA IN HAND!!
12/16/2011 POE MIAMI
12/31/2011 MARRIED!

03/03/2012 Sent AOS Express Overnight ( On a Saturday )
03/05/2012 AOS Delivered Signed By J.C
03/13/2012 Hard copy of NOA1
03/31/2012 Got Biometrics appointment... 4/25/2012 10am
4/27/2012 EAD in production.
4/27/2012 AP APPROVED
05/05/2012 Got EAD CARD
6/12/2012 APPROVED AOS INTERVIEW
DONE FOR TWO YEARS!!!

ROC (REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS)

5/1/2014 Sent our ROC Express Over night
5/5/2014 Package Picked up Signed by R.Gonzales
5/8/2014 Received NOA/Extension in mail
7/18/2014 GC APPROVED.....

I have the same thing but respectfully while you work at AA company you are hired and paid by TEMP company so technically you are employed by TEMP company...Same thing for me, I work for a credit union but hired by temp agency...I got a letter of employment from temp agency and it says it on my payroll paid by temp agency on assignment for credit union...

Does any of that help?

03/07/2013 Case returned to USCIS waiting for NOIR/reaffirmation

04/18/2013 USCIS received case for review

08/19/2013 Received NOIR to respond by 9/18/2013

9/9/2013 Responded to NOIR/USCIS received documents awaiting response

9/20/2013 USCIS reaffirmed sent to embassy

1/04/14 Case opened for review

8/31/15 Interview- no questions visa approved on the spot

9/8/15 visa status issued

9/10/15 visa received

9/19/15 POE Charlotte

Oh ok.... So I should have my perm employer write in the letter of employment that i worked for a temp service and provide the dates????

Did you have two different employers? I guess im a little confused...did the temp employer pay your salary? that is who you worked for...whoever paid your salary....

I would say that if you are at SAME company SAME job but in MArch began being paid by temp agency then yeah get a letter from your employer stating they began working thru a temp agency to keep you on as an employee but you would still need a letter from who pays your salary..ie if it is the temp agency...and pay stubs to support that claim
