pending applications went up from Nov to Feb '11. check the below graph. for some reason Dec 2010 stats are missing in the bottom graph in the below link.

http://dashboard.usc...e=2&charttype=1

Hope this does not cause any delays for the rest of us.

LOL I never could understand the graphs anyway... May 8th will be 5 months and then I will be proactive.. It's all we can do RAJ......

Oh Raj !!!

First, how about putting some information about yourself in your profile so that we can at least make comments based on your status instead of our just responding to your sometimes pitiful remarks.

Second, assuming you are looking at the CSC graph, did you not happen to notice that the number of cases pending is about average for the last two years, AND that the cases processed in February was well above average?? And if by some miracle completions were to stay at the February level (unlikely), that it would take about 4 months to celar out the pending cases.

Why is it that the only things you ever write are pessimistic?? You walk around with with a gray cloud over your head, maybe?? Life has you down??

Look Raj, you are only a month or two away from getting your NOA2--why isn't that a cause for joy?? You are almost there !!

Enough is enough. If you don't have any sense to reply kindly you better shut up. No one here has any problems with my posts but just you? I think you have some problems. i think you do. I don't care how many got processed, all i am saying is pending went up from Nov to Feb, and just because Feb saw higher completions does not mean the rest of the months will have same, look at prior months it has been close to 15000.

Oh you are forgetting that March was given priority to CSC to TSC fiasco applicants? remember that? I definitely don't want to be in the same boat as these people had to go through and i think everyone here who is still waiting would not either. of-course you are saying wait 2 more months and start venting, what's the point then? i already lost two months for not being pro-active.

Raj--you are absolutely correct in everything you have ever posted--there is nothing you can do, so you waste our time--not mine any more unless you are totally outrageous, however. I sincerely do hope that everything will be good for you, but you have never responded positively to a single person who has told you the truth about how this all works--and the old guard has given up trying to guide you--it's really not guiding you, but the other folks who read your posts for the first time--it is a community here and almost all of us are trying to help, not to obfuscate and mislead and pretend things are not like they really are. It's a hard way to live a life, Raj. I hope it gets easier for you once you get thru the process.

Uh.. ####### are you saying here? What two months have you lost? IT WILL TAKE 5 MONTHS FOR YOU TO GET THROUGH THE USCIS PROCESS. Unless you have a compelling reason to expedite, which I doubt you have. Sit back, shut up, and quit with your ridiculous posts please.

Holding my nose and jumping off the cliff.. hope I don't hit any rocks in the water.

Oh ####### what are you saying? you were approved in 138 days as per your time-line and you are asking me to wait for 5 months (150 days). I suggest you shut up and realize that you got lucky and got approved in 138 days instead of 5 months as you are suggesting. I understand that the time-line is 5 months but being pro-active before that is my choice. who the f* are you to question that? now that you are approved your ego as gone up as well. I wish you sit back and shut up and wait at NVC stage until I join you.

moreover this question is for people who have not been approved since we all are in the same boat and all i am hoping is this does not delay us who are waiting for NOA2. On the other hand you are approved and making such irrational statements is not welcome. you always have the option to shut up if you don't like it and as you can see it was not personally directed towards you but your reply attacking me personally with insane statements will not be ignored. you will get a equally fitting reply.

You haven't done a single proactive thing to improve your odds--are you just a fool, or completely out of it ?? You have over 200 posts--most of them completely inane and people have told you over and over that you don't have a clue--well, you don't and you are the one who should shut up as others have suggested, or better yet, show that you have learned maybe just one tiny thing and then we would all feel more kindly towards you.

What a waste of a perfectly good mind--yes, I am being charitable thinking that you are just misguided and not simply addled.

Raj, until you get to the 5 months mark, there is no reason to worry about anything.

You can do all you want to try and be "proactive" at this point, but even your senators are not going to be able to do anything until you get at least close to the 5 months mark.

The majority of people get approved around the 5 month mark, if not before, so you dont have any cause for concern. Yes, there was a massive nightmare for the CSC-TSC folk on here, but that was a horrific incident that only affected them. Do you see anyone else being transferred to TSC now?

If I recall correctly, you were moaning after less than a month that you hadnt got your NOA2, and back then people told you to calm down and relax.

Magical isnt the only one who has problems with your posts, but the responses he gives sum it up so well that others dont post.

When Is 5 month considered?? NOA1 date or Priority date

11-29 is priority

12-8 is NOA1 so what is considered the 5 month period??

Raj....the process depends on a lot of different things... depends on how many ppl have RFE, how many ppl do expedite for emergencies, how many ppl fill the forms out wrong and get sent back to square one or forget to send the check....the list can go on... There is no way of knowing how many ppl have applied and how many pple have these circumstances or other things creating issues for each individual case. All we see are those final approvals.

Even here on VJ we have an estimated timeline but only based on those who

1. fill out their timeline

2. are only on VJ, this doesnt even include those actually applying that dont use VJ

This is a good time to be productive and get all your documents togther for NVC...that way when that does happen you will be ready to send the documents quickly instead of having to wait until the documents are gathered. We had ours ready and sent a week after everything said paid.

someone else may answer this better but I think from your priority date BUT..Ive ready many places that you aren't out of estimated time until some days AFTER the priority date like almost 30 days... but i may be quite mistaken...you can search that here and i'm sure you will find a lot of topics relating to that question....good luck :)

I love that someone is finally telling you to shut your gob! It's true when people say you are a debbie downer. You can't be proactive during the first 5 months because you can't do ANYTHING besides wait your turn! This is the last time I will be responding to any of your rediculous posts. You are now the boy who cried wolf...when you actually need help people here aren't going to be bothered....you only have yourself to blame for that.
