Hi everyone.... i'm having my AOS interview in a couple on weeks (YAY) Just curious about one thing. If i get approved (fingers crossed) would i be able to travel outside the US relatively soon thereafter? Seems like i should be able to.... I would love to get home to see family before i (hopefully) start working.

You will be able to travel if either of the following are true:

1. They stamp your passport at the interview

2. You get your Green Card in the mail

As long as you're not held up by namecheck, you should have your Green Card within a few weeks of the interview.
