Did you already file for AOS? Did you include the I-765, Application for Employment Authorization? The SS card you got for her as a K-1 visa holder should have stamped on it that it is only valid for work with authorization. She will need the Employment Authorization Document (EAD card), or green card to work.

My wife recent gained employment she is from the philipines does she need any type work permit to work here

Yes she needs a permit. She needs either an EAD (gained from filing the I-765 with her AOS (I-485) paperwork) or she needs a greencard. She also needs a SSN.

Your timeline shows that your wife received her green card in Nov 2010.

No she does not need a permit, as she has green card.
